The package includes:
- Round-trip flights from Brussels to Baku with Turkish Airlines via Istanbul (Economy Class).
- Support with visa arrangements.
- Preparation and prospecting in advance of relevant local contacts, tailored to your company's sector.
- Individual B2B meetings and meetings with local authorities/agencies.
- Accommodation at the Radisson Hotel (all nights and breakfast included).
- All lunches and dinners during the mission.
- All local transportation via VIP-van (including airport transfers and B2B site visits).
- Official reception and kick-off meeting at the Belgian Embassy in Baku.
